Accessibility Statement

Ravqino Website Information

Accessibility Statement

Ravqino is committed to making our online store easier to access, navigate and use for as many people as possible, including customers who use assistive technologies.

Prepared: 3 August 2026
Our Commitment

Fashion should be accessible to everyone.

We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of ravqino.shop so customers can browse products, review information, complete purchases and contact our team with fewer barriers.

Section 1

Scope of this statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the online store available at:

ravqino.shop

It covers the main customer journey, including navigation, collection pages, product pages, the shopping cart, customer information pages and the contact options controlled by Ravqino.

Some checkout, payment, account, delivery-tracking or application features may be provided by Shopify or other third-party service providers.

Section 2

Our accessibility target

Ravqino aims to improve the website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly referred to as WCAG.

Our current accessibility target is:

WCAG 2.2 Level AA

WCAG is organised around four principles: content and functionality should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

This target represents an ongoing improvement objective. It should not be interpreted as a formal certification that every page, application or third-party component currently conforms fully with every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.

Section 3

Measures we take

As we develop and maintain the website, we aim to consider accessibility in the areas below.

Keyboard access

We aim to support navigation and interaction without requiring the use of a mouse.

Visible focus

Interactive elements should provide a visible indication when they receive keyboard focus.

Readable structure

We aim to use meaningful headings, labels, lists and page structure wherever reasonably possible.

Text alternatives

We work to provide useful alternative text for meaningful product and website images.

Colour and contrast

We aim to maintain readable text contrast and avoid relying on colour alone to communicate important information.

Responsive design

Website layouts are designed to adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.

Forms and errors

We aim to provide clear form labels, instructions and understandable error information.

Zoom and resizing

We aim to support browser text resizing and page zoom without unnecessary loss of content or functionality.

Section 4

Assistance with shopping

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from finding product information, reviewing a policy or completing part of the shopping journey, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, our customer support team can assist with:

  • Locating a product or collection.
  • Providing available product descriptions.
  • Explaining size, colour or product options.
  • Accessing shipping, return or policy information.
  • Reviewing order-related information.
  • Providing information in an alternative accessible format.
For security reasons, please do not send complete payment-card information, account passwords or other highly confidential information through ordinary email.
Section 5

Current and potential limitations

Ravqino is a developing online store and accessibility work is ongoing. A complete independent accessibility audit has not been confirmed at the date of this statement, so additional issues may exist.

Areas that may require continued review include:

  • Alternative text or descriptions for some product, promotional or supplier-provided images.
  • Keyboard and screen-reader behaviour within dynamic product selectors, drawers, pop-ups or application components.
  • Colour, size and variant swatches that may depend partly on visual presentation.
  • Content, widgets or forms supplied by third-party Shopify applications.
  • Payment, accelerated-checkout or account interfaces controlled by external providers.
  • Older content that may not yet follow the latest structure or accessibility practices.

If you identify an issue that is not listed here, please report it so that we can investigate.

Section 6

Third-party services

Ravqino uses Shopify and may use third-party services for checkout, payment processing, customer accounts, reviews, analytics, advertising, delivery tracking and other ecommerce functions.

The accessibility of an independently operated service may depend on that provider’s technology and accessibility practices.

Although we may not control the underlying code of every external service, we welcome reports about barriers encountered during the Ravqino customer journey.

Where reasonably possible, we will investigate the issue, provide assistance or raise the concern with the relevant provider.

Section 7

Report an accessibility problem

If you experience difficulty using ravqino.shop, email:

sanjeeeev@ravqino.shop

To help us investigate efficiently, please include as much of the following information as you are comfortable providing:

1

Identify the page

Include the page URL, product name or section where the issue occurred.

2

Describe the barrier

Explain what you were trying to do and what prevented you from completing the task.

3

Share technical details

Where helpful, include your device, browser and assistive technology.

4

Tell us what you need

Let us know whether you need assistance or information in a different format.

We aim to review accessibility feedback and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Section 8

Alternative formats and reasonable assistance

If information on this website is not accessible to you, contact us and explain the format or assistance you require.

Depending on the request and the information involved, reasonable alternatives may include:

  • A plain-text explanation.
  • An accessible email response.
  • A simplified product description.
  • Clarification of a policy or order status.
  • Assistance locating relevant website information.

We will consider each request individually and aim to provide a practical alternative where reasonably possible.

Section 9

Ongoing accessibility review

Website accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project.

We may review and update this statement when:

  • The Shopify theme or website structure changes.
  • New applications or customer features are introduced.
  • Accessibility testing identifies an issue.
  • Customers provide relevant feedback.
  • Accessibility standards or legal requirements change.

The latest version of this statement will be published on this page with an updated review date.
